House of Bling offers a 30-day return policy on eligible non-customized items.

Non-returnable items include:

  • Returns without original packaging
8. Lifetime Warranty

Every piece purchased includes a complimentary Lifetime Warranty.

  • Clasp repairs due to normal wear

Warranty does not cover theft, loss, misuse, or unauthorized repairs.
