Financing partners who facilitate layaway or installment plans may receive relevant data in accordance with their own privacy policies. 
  • Fraud prevention partners: Third-party services that help us identify and prevent fraudulent orders and chargebacks. 
  • Advertising partners: We may share limited data with advertising partners to facilitate interest-based advertising on our site and third-party platforms. This may qualify as a "sale" or "sharing" under certain state privacy laws — see the State Privacy Rights section below.

Opt out of marketing emails 
You may unsubscribe from our promotional emails at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in the email or by contacting us at customerservice@houseofbling.co. Note that you will continue to receive transactional messages related to your orders and account. 

Opt out of text messages 
If you receive text messages from us, reply STOP to any message to stop receiving further texts. You may also contact us directly to request removal. 

Cookies and tracking 
Most browsers allow you to block or delete cookies through their settings. Disabling cookies may affect the functionality of our site. For more information on managing cookies, visit www.allaboutcookies.org.

Interest-based advertising 
You can limit interest-based advertising through the following options:

Do Not Track 
Some browsers send "Do Not Track" signals to websites. Our Service does not currently respond to these signals. We will update this policy if our practices change. 

Account closure and data deletion  
To request deletion of your account or personal information, contact us at customerservice@houseofbling.co. We will process your request in accordance with applicable law. 

7. THIRD-PARTY SITES AND SERVICES

Our Service may contain links to third-party websites, apps, and platforms. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those third parties, and this Privacy Policy does not apply to them. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any third-party services you use.

We implement technical, organizational, and physical safeguards to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. These include encrypted data transmission (SSL/TLS), access controls, and secure payment processing. 

No method of internet transmission or electronic storage is completely secure. While we work hard to protect your information, we cannot guarantee absolute security. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, please contact us immediately. 

9. INTERNATIONAL DATA TRANSFERS

House of Bling is based in the United States. If you are accessing our Service from outside the United States, please be aware that your personal information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States, where privacy laws may differ from those in your jurisdiction. By using our Service, you consent to this transfer. 

10. CHILDREN

Our Service is not directed to individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. 12. STATE PRIVACY RIGHTS

We will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law (typically 45 days, with a possible extension of an additional 45 days where reasonably necessary).   

Authorized agents 
You may designate an authorized agent to submit requests on your behalf. We may require written authorization or a power of attorney and may verify your identity directly before honoring the request.

Consumers under 16 
We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of consumers under 16 years of age. 

Sensitive personal information 
We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal information as defined under the CCPA, and we do not use or disclose it for purposes of inferring characteristics about consumers. 

California Shine the Light 

Under California Civil Code Section 1798.83, California residents may request the names of third parties to whom we have disclosed personal information for their own direct marketing purposes during the preceding calendar year. To submit a Shine the Light request, email customerservice@houseofbling.co with the subject line "Shine the Light Request" and include your full name, mailing address, and a statement confirming you are a California resident. 

Nevada residents 

Nevada residents have the right to opt out of the sale of certain personal information for monetary consideration. We do not currently engage in such sales.
